  Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) makes us unique in relation to our competitors.

For contract holders and those whom have placed us on retainer, our SLA defines exactly what services Kinectit will provide, how they will be delivered, and at what price. Furthermore, the SLA also provides a guarantee on a certain percentage of time that we will provide our services within the contractual realm in which we entered into agreement.

If Kinectit cannot provide services per our agreed SLA you (the business) will incur financial penalties to Kinectit. This ensures that we never fail to live up to your expectations.
